Returns
You may return new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping and processing costs. We will cover shipping and processing costs only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. To be eligible for a full return, your non-damaged item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate your return, please email us at info@mogulesque.com and refer to your order number in the subject and provide a reason for your return request.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
Our products are shipped in the continental United States within 2-3 business days using the following carriers: USPS and UPS. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 276 5th Avenue Suite 704-1093 New York, NY 10001.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your non-damaged items. Shipping and processing costs are non-refundable for non-damaged items. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and processing will be deducted from your refund, except in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
